Return Policy 

APPAREL

We stand by all items we sell. If you are unhappy with your purchase you can contact us to process a return or exchange. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping charges are not refundable or waived for return / repurchase. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery of your product to start a return. Items must be in the original state ( smoke free, unworn, unwashed, free of stains, and if tags were attached- still attached).

Return & Exchange Process

After receiving your order please contact us within (3) days of delivery. Please email us at returns@styletyme.com and include; your order number, item(s) to return and reason for return. A Return Authorization code will be provided.  

ACCESSORIES

All Accessory items are Final Sale. All items are free of stains, holes, and marks unless otherwise stated in the item description.

NO, we only ship domestically within the U.S.

All orders will ship within 48 business hours (unless during a Holiday/Weekend). 

WILL YOU SEND ME A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes, Every order will receive a confirmation via email with your receipt and tracking information.

HOW DO I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

In the Stamps.com email you receive it will have your tracking number listed and also a link to check the progress.

 IS SHIPPING FREE?

FREE for all orders over $25; unless otherwise stated- shipping orders less than $25 is $2.99. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

After your order has shipped it will arrive within 2- 3 business days, most all orders ship with USPS, and the items arrive within 2-3 days once shipped; unless there is an unexpected issue with the USPS. Please note that delivery times do not include the initial 48-hour order processing window or weekend delivery.

Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or the following holidays: New Year’s Day (January 1st), Memorial Day (the last Monday in May), Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day (the first Monday in September), Thanksgiving Day (the fourth Thursday in November), Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day (December 25th), New Year’s Eve (December 31st).

If a shipment is refused, the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as the cost of returning the package to STYLETYME. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise store credit.

AM I GOING TO BE CHARGED TAX?

Only Residents in North Carolina will be charged tax. Enjoy tax free shopping in each other state.
